“Delivery was not as prompt as I'd expected, but it wasn't a serious problem. The nibs themselves came without guidance on fitting, and although I easily accessed a youtube video which told me everything I needed to know, improved customer service would include that link.”

“I bought two batches of Diamine inks from The Pen Company. For the batch that were in stock, they shipped the next day. Both batches arrived in perfect conditions in about a week. I absolutely love the Diamine inks. Every one is so saturated and vivid. The Pens Company is selling the Diamine inks for a very affordable price. I will definitely buy from them again!”

“Let me tell you why The Pen Company beat the competition & I wouldn't go anywhere else... - the customer serivce was exceptional - the staff (some of whom i now know by name) were responsive - their website is easy to use - they have some of the best quality pens on the market (trust me, i spent days searching) - their prices are very reasonable - my pens arrvied earlier than expected & well packaged/secure. conclusion? this is the pen company for your if you value any & all of the above.”
