“I only required a small item, a converter for a fountain pen, but the item was sorted and despatched quickly and efficiently. A company which deals with small matters well is fairly rare these days, so happy to give you this review!”

“Incredible service . Prompt communication . I was able to source a hard to get Pelikan nib in IB for a very competitive price. It was despatched to me promptly to my residence in Texas without any issues . I recommend this company highly.”

“I received a roller ball pen using Schmidt refills as a gift (purchased elsewhere) about 3 years ago. When the refill ran out I searched the Internet to purchase another refill and bought from the pen company. I've continued to purchase my refills from here. They're great value and have fantastic customer service. I had an issue with one of my orders and they resolved it immediately.”
