“I ordered a Graff ballpoint pen - delivery due within 4-7 days this was ordered in March. I’ve emailed twice asking for an update - nothing. The website is still advertising this pen due 4-7 days? I’ve asked if I can buy the fountain pen instead as that’s in stock - no response. At least respond to an email. Very disappointed.”

“I ordered a couple of pens from The Pen Company in August and the order was dispatched the very next day. Unbeknownst to me, a UK-wide postal strike had begun causing mail delays and making it impossible to track a package. I contacted The Pen Company and Alan personally tracked down my package and responded immediately with all the information I needed. This was a small order and they went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I would definitely order from The Pen Company again in the future. Good prices, great selection and outstanding service.”
