“I have done some deals with this Company for more than one year now. I found them very keen on my transactions, they promptly remove any misunderstanding. They do not use my transactions unless they ship the merchandise. I am happy to deal with them recurrently.”

“The website is easy to manage. They have an excellent stock of the items we need, usually Space Pen refills for the Space Pens and Parkers we have, plus fountain pen ink. Dispatch and delivery are prompt as promised. A pleasure to do business with the Pen company.”

“Company rep took 2 telephone calls from me before order & answered my questions. I used the phone because my attempts at using E-mail and the "Ask Us A Question" link on the web site were not answered in 2 days. Ordering was straightforward, and worked. I received products as advertised and in the time frame estimated. Charge appeared on my credit card bill at the prices quoted, with no problem. Excellent!! Thank you!!”
