“Ett seriöst företag, snabb leverans, produkten uppfyller kraven. Men...var beredd att betala skatt för ditt köp, i Sverige åtminstone. UK är utanför europeiska unionen och skatt i Sverige betyder ungefär 30 % av produktens värde. Iallafall jag kommer att köpa igen om jag hittar något av intresse för mig.”

“Outstanding service! Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Pen Company was the only company that offered to back order the pen I wanted. (Others simply said it wasn't available or tried to convince me to buy something else.) Their pricing was excellent, the mailing costs were remarkably low (especially considering it was being shipped to the U.S.), and there were no additional "packaging" fees. The pen I purchased wasn't a high-end one, but when I called with a few questions, I was treated with the utmost courtesy. Quite accessible, obliging, and pleasant on the telephone.
