“All arrived well-packed and in good condition. It was a very good price compared to other shops I checked. Warning for EU residents: there is a substantial import tax if you are in the EU, which contrarily to other shops is not paid in advance by the company sending the goods. The tax is paid when the package is delivered, so the buyer is not necessarily aware at the time of the order. But they were still the cheapest even with the significant tax included.”

“Shipped quickly, excellent in all respects. Probably useful for others to know that it took over a week to clear customs here in Norway, but that’s just one of those Brexit things and certainly isn’t the fault of The Pen Company.”
