“These folks are great. They are overseas, and my pen was here the next day! They were great on the phone, too. I bought the M800 couple years ago (the M1000 not available)...had buyer's remorse since. It was OK, but nothing special. I am so so glad I got the M1000. The nib is EF, and flexy, nearly hairline thins, and thick pull strokes (no railroading). Not sure if this is my favorite yet, I am fortunate to have some other great pens. The Pen Company was superb. The next time I purchase a pen, I will go there first, you cannot beat it when folks answer the phone, call you back, return emails, (esp Jake), and to get the pen the very next day-wow. 5 stars.”

“I have been purchasing from the company in recent years. The price is reasonable, the ordering service is reliable (got what I ordered and with no issue with the payment system so far). “I am very satisfied with the customer service that I have always enjoyed from The Pen Company at all times. I asked a question about ink refills via email, and that question was answered quickly and thoroughly as well. The range of luxury pens that The Pen Company stock is very comprehensive. I have ordered a Waterman Expert Rollerball Pen that simply isn’t available from pen dealers/sellers in Australia. “The service and delivery time was excellent. The Cross pen refills did not seem to be as high a quality as earlier Cross refills I had purchased in stores. I don't know the reason, but it may well be beyond Pen Company's control.”
