“I managed to make a complete mess of ordering a Paperblanks diary from this company! First I ordered the wrong size & then when I corrected that, I ordered a 2020 instead of 2021. They never lost patience with me - they emailed & phoned until I got the diary I really wanted! Brilliant!”

“Had exactly what I wanted - extra fine nibs on Fabre Castellated fountain pens! Shame COVID and Royal Mail left it kicking for 3 weeks in the UK, waiting for a flight out, but these aren’t normal times, and not The Pen Company’s fault. Very satisfied.”
