“I bought a beautiful page-per-day Paperblanks diary from this website. I originally ordered the wrong year and they emailed me straight away to check whether I’d made a mistake and offered a full refund. I accepted the refund and reordered, more carefully. Diary arrived the next day, it’s excellent quality and I’ll buy another next year.”

“Ordered refills for my pen. The website was easy to navigate and order from. Was far cheaper than a expected too and a variety of other coloured refills. Would highly recommend them over a certain other mega online store named after the South American rainforest.”

“I was suffering from Covid, my beautiful Sheaffer 🌈 rainbow coloured pen that I love ran dry. I spoke to James (my son is called James too), he really understands what pens mean to us as they reflect our creativity. I sent him a picture of my refil and was so happy to receive the new ones a day or so later. I will always remember his kindness and will use The Pen Company without hesitation again. “While shipping speed is largely out of the control of the vendor, my order still did arrive exceptionally quickly. My order was only for 3 art line refills, they arrived in perfect condition. The only caveat I have is that for something that is as delicate as pen refills, which might easily get bent on the way, there was only a padded envelope to protect them. This is just an extremely minor gripe. A padded envelope is 90% satisfactory, but something stiff to keep them from bending would be ideal in my opinion.”
