“I have been ordering my diary for years from the pen company. The only company in the UK that has my beloved Paperblanks diary. I used to live in Switzerland, and have had diarys from Paperblanks since over 20 years.”

“The prices were good and there was a good selection of pens to choose from. The pen took a little time to arrive as it had not been available from Germany in time but The Pen Company explained the delay and undertook to send it as a priority item when it was available. I therefore feel that they are a very reputable company who cares for their customers.”

“A small family run business delivering excellent service, with knowledgeable, staff, and good pricing. I am a relatively new customer very happy so far with this company. I will definitely use them as my first choice going forward. International shipping can take a few more days, using the FedEx alternatives might be worth the incidental additional cost. This is more than made up for the substantial discount offered by this company.”

“Package arrived today - tracked 48 Royal Mail but envelope was not properly sealed so arrived open. Luckily the two orders of a Fisher Space Pen and a refill were still inside!”
