“Fantastic service from the UK to Seattle WA. The only problem is that I thought I was ordering an OEM converter for my vintage Montegrappa Symphony pen (screw-in converter) but what I got was a screw-in converter for a new Montegrappa fountain pen. The new converter pressure fits but does not screw in like an original converter would. The diameter of the threaded portion of the new converter is to large and does not fit all the way into the section to screw in. It works. I believe the problem lies in that both vintage converter (now discontinued?) and the new converter have the same part number...”

“I'd been searching for a specific refill cartridge for months and couldn't find one at a good deal (and most places didn't even have it in stock). I randomly found these folks and they had the best price and the cartridge was in stock. They had my order shipped in less than a day and it arrived early. Fantastic to work with, and great prices. Will be ordering again from them.”
