“My order was shipped promptly and correctly. It took longer than usual to arrive as it had to travel across the pond and the USPS was not very efficient. I would buy from this seller again.”

“Great service, quick shipping to the states. The pen cartridge arrived broken with leaking ink. Had to clean and purchase a replacement cartridge. Otherwise works well.”

“These guys are absolutely amazing. Firstly, the product itself. It was an amazing pen that I purchased for my friend and he found it to be one of the best pens ever. But what really amazed me was the customer service. I purchased the pen during the Winter Holidays and so The Pen Company upgraded my delivery from Standard to Special Next Day Delivery without costing me anything to ensure that the pen got to me at the right time. They reply very quickly to emails and have one of the best customer service I have personally seen from any company. Their customer service alone brought me back to their page to purchase another pen, this time for myself.”

“Got trouble with a cheap disposable fountain pen I was trying to buy. May have gotten lost in the holiday season volume. They refunded me easily, and I found another, nicer pen I liked through them that I then bought, and it was enjoyable enough that I bought two more versions of it.”

“I purchased an engraved fountain pen for my girlfriend as a Christmas present and the service, communication, and promptness of The Pen Company is really great. Initially, I had purchased a pen throug "The Online Pen Company", which is not affiliated with The Pen Company. There was no communication or updates on the shipment and it was very close to Christmas time. I disputed the charge as I've not received the pen from them. Thanks to The Pen Company, I was able to get the pen I wanted in more than enough time for the holidays. I called and was immediately helped by David (I believe), who helped me make sure the model I was looking for was in stock. Will be using The Pen Company for all future fountain pen purchases.”
