“Just used one of the new Faber-Castell Grip Neon Textliner pencils in green; also ordered pink and yellow. Had a small stub of an older version of this pencil left from years ago and needed to restock. These pencils are the best for highlighting text, especially on delicate pages; they provide excellent color and smooth action without needing to exert too much pressure. Our order arrived in the US in a timely manner and the prices of the product and delivery were a great bargain. Thanks for terrific service and a superior product!”

“I still haven’t received my order, which was made on 25th February - 3 weeks ago - I did email your company for clarification and was told that tracking and action should start soon but nothing has happened - you did say I could re-order, which is what. I will have to do.”

“Good choice of products and good prices. Postage not too punitive. My Yard-O-Led Esprit now functions brilliantly now that I have ditched the refill it arrived with and replaced it with one of the Schmidt S635s I received from The Pen Company. I was a bit unsure what refill to use in the pen but the accurate specifications on the web site allowed me to make an informed choice, thank you. Delivery was a bit delayed but this was due to Royal Mail mis-directing the package and not the fault of The Pen Company.”

“The payment was not authorized by them until three days after paying so I thought my money was gone. Did not give an estimated delivery time and overall not the best but the package was good so i am happy. Thank you.”

“Ordered two fountain pens.. one arrived with inks.. and the other never arrived despite tracking showing delivery, raised this with Jake, who at first was helpful, then went cold after following his instructions, despite numerous emails after following advice, I never heard anything back from him or the company and am out of pocket for a fountain pen that I had wanted to pass over as gift.. sadly, poor aftercare service and a clear intention of well “it’s not my fault it never arrived - you have paid extra for tracking” pretty poor service overall and I guess to other buyers be vary as I don’t think it was sent and they’ve used the tracking for the item that did arrive!!! I have no way of knowing as this has not been shared.. and all I require was my Pen!!!”

“I damaged the nib of my Graf von Fabre Castel fountain pen & a replacement was £200 or so. But a nib from the cheaper model fits the pen for £36. Well pleased”
