“Excellent customer service. Purchased a Pelikan M1000 for my wife. The medium nib I purchased was too broad for her taste. The Pen Company was quick to replace it with a finer nib. I appreciate their attentiveness! Would definitely recommend this company to others and will order from them in the future!”
