“Superb customer service. I called and inquired about a certain product, which was out of stock, and they knowledgably pointed me in the direction of a product I was even more excited about :) Amazingly got me my gift to the US in a matter of days. On time and in perfect shape.”

“I purchased an engraved fountain pen for my girlfriend as a Christmas present and the service, communication, and promptness of The Pen Company is really great. Initially, I had purchased a pen throug "The Online Pen Company", which is not affiliated with The Pen Company. There was no communication or updates on the shipment and it was very close to Christmas time. I disputed the charge as I've not received the pen from them. Thanks to The Pen Company, I was able to get the pen I wanted in more than enough time for the holidays. I called and was immediately helped by David (I believe), who helped me make sure the model I was looking for was in stock. Will be using The Pen Company for all future fountain pen purchases.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Fantastic customer service. Regular updates on order status. Excellent service. My specific order was quite complicated and had to be shipped to and back from Germany. The Pen Company liaised with the supplier to regularly update me on order status as well as providing multiple options on various stages of the journey. Highly recommended.”

“We buy all our refils and ink from The Pen Company. The website is easy to use and the goods arrive promptly Quality is excellent. My husband uses (and loses) Space Pens and I use Space Pen refils in my Parker pens (adapters for Parker are included). i buy the non standard colours of refils and ink for my Parker fountain pens The Pen Company has a good range.”
