I have purchased about 20 plus bottles of Diamine fountain pen ink from this online company in two separate orders. They packed their shipment very well, and the freight is prompt even though I live in the United States while this outfit is located in the UK. International order and shipping did not pose any difficulty according to my personal experiences. It is a very trustworthy online company to buy from.

My sweet rescue pup got hold of my black Lamy pen and chewed the end off. Only the end was damaged - she stopped just short of biting the cartridge. The pen is one of my favorites and I thought it finished. A quick Google search led me to The Pen Company who saved my pen with a replacement body. Good price, swift service. Good as new. Thank you!!

I am very happy with my order from The Pen Company. I was looking for a specific pen in a particular color, and they had it at a very good price. Once it became available, the shipping was not just quick, it was shockingly fast. The pen was well-packaged and it wrote beautifully right out of the box. Overall, my experience was a 10 out of 10. I would definitely order from The Pen Company again.

Very good customer service. I made a call to the Pen Company to correct an error I had made. Spoke to a human (!) who fixed my error with no fuss. Thanks for the excellent service - and thanks for the lovely Faber Castell pen!

I ordered my Kaweco sport pen in the Bordeaux color. Received my fountain pen on time, along with some other items and shipping didn’t take too long. Will order again from the Pen Company in the future.

I placed my first order with this company on February 3rd, and as of March 17th, I still haven’t received anything. That’s well over a month for an international shipment to the U.S., which is simply unreasonable. When I reached out, their response was to deflect responsibility and blame customs delays. That explanation might hold for a short delay, but not for something approaching two months. More concerning was their complete unwillingness to make things right. No reshipment, no refund, no accountability. This is where they fail fundamentally. Any reputable company understands that once a customer pays, the responsibility doesn’t end at dispatch. If something goes wrong in transit, you step in and fix it. That’s basic customer service. Instead, they chose to hide behind excuses. What’s disappointing is that I was ready to become a long-term customer. I order specialty inks regularly and value reliability. They had the opportunity to earn repeat business and instead guaranteed they’ll never get another order from me. If you’re considering buying from them, don’t. There are plenty of other companies that value their customers and stand behind their orders. This was easily one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve had.

Dear Hashir, Thank you for your feedback. As you are aware, a full refund was processed for your order on March 24th. While we cannot influence the speed of international customs, we agree that a customer should never be left out of pocket when a shipment is compromised. We tracked Order #26020184 to its arrival at the New York ISC (U.S. Customs) on February 12th. It is extremely rare for a parcel to stall indefinitely at this stage, but as the package remained held and was eventually presumed lost in transit, we moved forward with a formal claim and the subsequent refund. We take full responsibility for our orders until they reach your door. We sincerely regret that the postal system failed on this occasion and that your first experience with us was a frustrating one. I was looking for some Diamine inks here in the US, but unfortunately the supply was very limited. And then I found the Pen Company! The prices are great, the selection is amazing, the shipping is fast too (reasanable for oversees delivery). Even with shipping cost,I paid less than if I had purchased this ink here! And the ink... Well, I love Diamine, but that was the first time I tried their Simmertastic inks. Mystique ink is simply magical! Deep faded purple with a golden shimmer... Don't even try to imagine, simply buy a bottle and... write, write, write with it. I will buy from the Pen Company again! Once I am out of inks I have now, I will put a new order (and definitely get a couple of Shmmerstatics in it :) ). Thanks!

Excellent service and surprisingly swift delivery from the UK to the US. Am in love with Paperblank products and will order my 2027 planners in well in advance instead of after the first of the year. Using my founatin pen collection now I have decent paper on which to write.
