“You are a reliable supplier of pen refills for my Cross and Scriveiner pens. As these refills are extortionately expensive it is good to have a supplier who offers prices lower than many others. This is specially welcome for gel pen refills that tend to run out after just a few weeks. The lower pricing is a major attraction to your company”
