“We needed a steel nib for a Kaweco pen. The choice and value of nibs was the best I could find on the internet. Ordering was extremely simple, and we got a dispatch notification on the morning of the next working day. Inevitably due to the pandemic, there was a delay in the post. James couldn't have been more helpful in sending us tracking information. Truly excellent service all round.”
