“Oh my goodness, what can I say about this company, apart from perfect! I called into a well known nationwide shop as I needed a refill for a Cross pen. My only thought was, the assistant was in the wrong job - very unhelpful and couldn't really care. I then telephoned The PenCompany and after spending only £4 I received the best customer service in a very long time. I would definitely recommend”

“Fair pricing, item shipped fast, came well packaged. I ordered a customized item and it was still shipped on time. Really happy customer here. Highly recommended. I paid extra for express delivery but it did not come within “express” promised time which I think is not The Pen Company’s fault but of Fedex. Next time, I will just opt for the free shipping instead of paying extra for unreliable Fedex.”

“Glad I found the Pen company. I like the fact that the company doesn't "over" push Fountain pens on you. Nothing against fountain pens, but I'm a ballpoint guy. Always find what I want. Pricing very acceptable. Can't believe how fast the pens get here. Keep up your great efforts John”
