“Prompt secure delivery. The presentation box is badly scratched and slightly dented at the corner, which is a real shame. Makes the gift look less attractive. However the pen and the notebook look ok, which is the main thing. Like I say a real shame that the box the pen will be presented in has a slight dent and the plastic sleeve is badly scratched.”

“This is my first purchase from the Pen Company, and it went smoothly, the items arrived very quickly via FEDEX. I arrived at the website looking for a hard-to-find Lamy 2000 replacement part. But the recent special sale of Kaweco pens caught my eye, and I ordered the new Deep Red Kaweco AL Sport fountain pen! I also added some ink and nib cleaning solution for a friend, and it all arrived safely within 6 days.”
