“This is the third time I have ordered fountain pens (Lamy Safari), cartridge converters, and inks (Diamine) from The Pen Company. I have been very pleased with the quality of the products. Also, the items were dispatched shortly after the orders were placed and arrived without any delay - the orders took about two days to arrive with the Royal Mail 2nd class delivery option.”

“Ordered an item no longer local store bothers to carry for ink for my pen. Item came swiftly and exactly like I need. Just sad that local retailers are deciding to carry many fewer items. No wonder people have to move to 'on-line' purchasing, even as seniors who want to help local merchant”
