“Don't usually write reviews, but I really like by the Pen Company, for numerous reasons. I've phoned them up several times with a query, and was impressed by their phone manner and their knowledge. They were really friendly and clearly were not giving me superficial advice but knew their products well. Also, they usually response very rapidly, often shipping the item very soon after placing the order. I like their website a lot and find it a pleasure to use, and their pens seem very reasonably priced. Overall, a lovely bunch of people. Many thanks.”

“Found what I was looking for - a black Pelikan Souverän M1000 fountain pen with broad nib - at a competitive price on TPC's clear and easy-to-navigate website. Purchase was very straightforward. Ordered mid-afternoon, immediate email order acknowledgement, then TPC emailed again within 2 hours to say the pen had shipped. Arrived (to my address in rural North Yorks) the following morning. Absolutely delighted with the pen. Also delighted to find that TPC had included a bonus gift - a leather Pelikan pen pouch (rrp £65), in which the pen is now kept when it's not in use. No hesitation in recommending TPC to anyone wishing to buy a quality writing instrument.”

“I was very pleased with the availability, selection, prices, and services offered by The Pen Company. My order was delivered to the West Coast in the USA in less than a week. All of the ordered items were priced less than what I found in the US. “I was so pleased to see that The Pen Company had the replacement part I needed for my Lamy pen. They must be the only company on Earth who has this stuff. When a favorite pen broke after 20+ years I was very unhappy. Nevertheless, The Pen Company came to my rescue in a super-timely fashion, devlivering from England the replacement part I needed in less than ten days. Well done, and this is especially meaningful for all pen owners who take pride in their writing instruments--trust The Pen Company. They are wonderful!”
