“Ordered Kaweco Steel Sport fountain pen, ink, clip and convertor. Pen Company did great engraving, promptly answered questions by email, finely packaged and timely sent. Excellent product and customer service. Would highly recommend the pen and purchases from the Company again. Found the Kaweco fountain pen to be just exceptional. Had numerous fountain pens over the years, including Waterman, but always lost interest in using them because of leaks, scratchy writing or other issues. Had a Kaweco Brass for about a year and decided to upgrade to Steel Sport, with fine nib (rather than medium, which can be too thick for small notes). Both just write so smoothly, no skipping and great feel - and writing looks nostalgic / stylistic compared to "square" ballpoint). Compact design and closure perfect for backpack or briefcase; get compliments on looks all the time. Great purchase and highly recommend for anyone looking for practical, utilitarian, functional and all-around fun writing instrument”

“I have ordered a Pelikan M1000 and an ink bottle from Diamine via "The Pen Company", I have been very delighted with the level of quality and superior service. “The items I needed were in stock. When ordered they appeared to be like new but had obviously been demo'd or used. (Scuff mark on leather pen case and too much ink in a fountain pen to be a factory test). However, shipping (DHL), to the U.S. was extremely fast, 3 days. When I order something I expect it to be new, unhandled and in pristine condition. I probably won't shop there again.”
