“My order was kinda small for an international order from the USA. But their pricing was exceptional and their shipping was comparable to a domestic order. The shipping time was very acceptable. I was and am pleased with dealing with The Pen Company. I highly recommend this company for your fountain pen, ink & supplies. I rate them 5 Grands.”

“Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. Although the fountain pen arrived quickly, the nib is twisted a bit. I tried to contact The Pen Company for a replacement via their official E-Mail but they managed to ignore my request for replacement (or at least for support). Now, since my right to give it back has passed, I have to care about the fix myself, which leaves me disappointed. The pen was not cheap, just to mention.”

“Very simple order placed for an engraved Sheaffer pen and a pack of colouring pencils; bought as a gift. I misread the delivery instruction. But after two or three emails my delivery was expedited at no extra cost to me. I wouldn’t expect a company to pick up these extra cost on every order, but their generosity and kindness goes a long, long way in me recommending their services. If this is the level of service for a relatively small order, I would highly recommend them for all your needs.”

“Great experience! I wanted to replace a pen that had been given to me as a gift but then stolen from my car. I couldn't find the pen anywhere in the US where I'm now based. I found it at The Pen Company. I contacted The Pen Company and had several special requests on engraving and shipping - they accommodated all requests.
