“This is my second order with The pen company. The first time I was very happy. This time still overall satisfied but this pen came in a cardboard box as opposed to the first pen I ordered came in a much more presentable gift box. Maybe I missed it in the description but it was a little disappointing and made the pen look less classy.”

“I've had the pleasure of ordering from The Pen Company several times. The first time was during the pandemicduring which there were supply chain chain issues with Pelikan which delayed the delivery of my pen. During that delay i had many conversations with James who kept me up-to-date with the status of my oder. More recently I ordered a Pelikan M1000 and it was deliverered her is the US within 4 days of placing the order. Well done in both cases.”

“The website takes a bit of getting used to as even though I have been using this company over the years it needs a bit more knowledge of printing terms etc. That said the diary was despatched very promptly and arrived suitably packaged quickly. I'd even managed to order the right version this time as I like the verso one so I can write notes and not just appointments. Thank you.”
