“Lovely diary,with high quality paper. The cover design and texture are very pleasing and well worth the cost. A London underground map would be useful, but that doesn't detract from the product overall. Delivery was prompt, overall I'm really happy with my purchase.”

“Recently order our second Pelikan from The Pen Company. Each time I have been amazed how quickly they arrive to the US Pacific NW. The shipping cost are very reasonable and arrive in perfect condition. Whenever we are considering a new pen purchase the first place I go to is The Pen Company. I could not be happier with the service I have experienced!”

“I opted for 2nd post when ordering, they gave a despatch date but the refills never arrived. And STILL HAVE NEVER ARRIVED to date. I then asked them to send them First Class at no extra charge to me (as i had been waiting 14 days). They desptched them the same day and they arrived the next day.”

“Delivery time, packing and service first class, but sorry to say the quality of this year's diary to last year is not as good. The outer cover is not as thick and gives a tendancy to curl giving a sense of chinese cheapness”

“Excellent service. I mistakenly ordered a diary I didn't want. THE Pen Company said to order the diary I wanted and return diary I didn't want. They immediately refunded me when they received returned diary. All handled quickly and efficiently”

“I was very happy with the service and communication from The Pen Company after my parcel was unable to be found by the delivery company. I was kept informed of the actions taken to retrieve the parcel and in the end was sent a new pen when the delivwery service failed to find the original parcel. I really appreciated that they kept me informed and asked me if I would prefer to have a replacement or have a refund. The replacement pen arrived without fuss and with a follow up email to check in. It could have been a hassle but they made it easy for me. Thank you.”

“Goods dispatched quickly and well packaged against breakages. Pen Heaven carry a good range of fountain pen inks from various manufacturers and are reasonably priced. A good company to do business with.”
