“Phenomenal customer service from these people - polite and quick to respond. I purchased a pen from them in Australia a few weeks ago and wanted to return it for an exchange of a similar item. We communicated back and forth, and the customer support person was great - he guided me on the nib width selection. I just received my exchange item a few days ago.”

“The multiple items I ordered arrived sooner than I expected, traveling from the UK to Kalamazoo, Michigan. The tracking of my order helped me to get my package inside before it froze, a concern I had with single digit (f*) weather. The inks are beautiful and the converters tranformed vintage pens I got on the cheap and gleaned up with nib cleaner. Thank You Pen Company.”

“Amazing service! I was so pleased to find this family-owned business offering excellent quality products and incomparable personal service. I was in search of refills that were quite important to me, but of minimal value in the grand scheme of things, but The Pen Company treated me like a Very Important Customer! I'm "across the pond" in the US, but I will be recommending them to everyone I know and I will definitely be back!”
