“I thought this product was late in coming. And advised the company. They immediately checked on it and got back to me. It turns out there was a very minor delay with Canada Post. I was so impressed with the care and professionalism. I love the product, the company and the people who followed up with me. I highly recommend this company.”

“I bought a Pelican m1000 fountain pen from the Pen store. The price was good and shipping was fast. However, there was a problem with the fountain pen nip. It was a defective item. So I contacted the Pen store and they answered me right away. At the same time, they gave me various options. It was very kind. Eventually, I decided to replace the nip with a new one, and they sent it right away with free shipping. So now I'm happy with that new nip and pen. Overall, this store is quite friendly and great at everything. Thanks James!!”
