“Mission accomplished! On their website, they say “we endeavor to offer a first class service” in my case they certainly did. I needed a replacement tip for one of my rollerball Lamy pens from many many years ago. I looked everywhere and could not find it. Then I came upon the pen company. While they did not have the exact color match for the part I needed, they did have the part available in a different color so I ordered it. Because I’m in the US and this is shipped from the UK, I called to check on the order several weeks later. My part was back ordered however in my communication with the company, I mentioned that I wish they had the color I needed to match my pen. I was told they thought they could get it and if they could, they would ship it to me instead of the one I ordered initially. Several weeks later, it arrived in my mailbox. Now I have use of the pen that I had stored in my desk for the last 30+years! I will definitely use their company again should the need arise. Thank you The Pen Company for a job well done!”

“Just used one of the new Faber-Castell Grip Neon Textliner pencils in green; also ordered pink and yellow. Had a small stub of an older version of this pencil left from years ago and needed to restock. These pencils are the best for highlighting text, especially on delicate pages; they provide excellent color and smooth action without needing to exert too much pressure. Our order arrived in the US in a timely manner and the prices of the product and delivery were a great bargain. Thanks for terrific service and a superior product!”

“I still haven’t received my order, which was made on 25th February - 3 weeks ago - I did email your company for clarification and was told that tracking and action should start soon but nothing has happened - you did say I could re-order, which is what. I will have to do.”

“Good choice of products and good prices. Postage not too punitive. My Yard-O-Led Esprit now functions brilliantly now that I have ditched the refill it arrived with and replaced it with one of the Schmidt S635s I received from The Pen Company. I was a bit unsure what refill to use in the pen but the accurate specifications on the web site allowed me to make an informed choice, thank you. Delivery was a bit delayed but this was due to Royal Mail mis-directing the package and not the fault of The Pen Company.”

“The payment was not authorized by them until three days after paying so I thought my money was gone. Did not give an estimated delivery time and overall not the best but the package was good so i am happy. Thank you.”

Hello Elena, We're glad to hear that your order was delivered safe and sound. The cartridges you ordered were marked for pre-order: "Stock expected in 7-14 day". Once stock arrived from Germany your order was dispatched on the same day. Payment was taken at the time of dispatch - not when your order was initially placed.
