“Excellent service. There were some delays from the manufacturer, but communication was outstanding regarding this, and given the pricing of my Pelikan from The Pen Company, a little wait was certainly acceptable. And of course, the product is outstanding!”

“Ordered a wallet, to be shipped to Australia from the UK. Took 15 days from clicking “purchase” to be delivered to my door, with tracking all the way. Given restricted air transport at the moment, I was pretty happy with that. Would fell confident purchasing from The Pen Company again.”

“As always The Pen Company delivers ! Every time I order I am more than satisfied with the customer service and availability of the item I'm after,delivery in 2 days and at a price better than all others. I've said it before but it's nice to repeat, in this day and age (more so in the present climate) it's good to find a company that isn't just about the profit but treating their customers as people !”
