“I have placed the order on December 17. The order was approved and shipped to destination. After 5 weeks I still did not receive it and there was no answer to e mail that I have sent to customer service. Very unprofessional attitude. Jasmina”

“I always have a Paperblanks diary but this year my 2021 was left to the last minute due to shops being closed. I went onto the Pen Shops website ordered it and it arrived within three days fantastic service👍👍”
