“The item I ordered (a diary in the same format I've had for several years now' duly arrived and is good quality as usual. My problem every year is tracking it down on-line; every time I nearly give up, as it does not appear on the makers or other sellers websites, and not initially on The Pen Company's--I really have to do some detective work to find it, and refuse to believe the first 3 or 4 searches that say no such product exists.”

“A very stylish pen, great to write with and very light. It was delivered promptly and securely in a padded envelope, therefore fitting through the letterbox with no need to hang around waiting for the parcel. I really want to get the converter for this pen so that I am not having to use cartridges. I have placed an order - the expected back in stock date was listed as 11th Jan - but this item has now disappeared from the website. I would appreciate some communication about the availability of the converter, or suggestion of a possible alternative but have heard nothing as yet.”
