“I've bought my paperblanks diaries from this company for quite a number of years now and I have always found James, (who answers their phone), so very helpful and he assists me in choosing my new diary from their slimline range. I look forward to speaking to James every autumn when I order my new diary, and discussing the available slimline ranges, (my preferred option). Once purchased the diary always arrives very promptly in the post, often the next day. Im veto happy to recommend this company for choice, good value and customer satisfaction.”

“Fantastic company. Bought a beautiful pen, got it engraved, and an extra refill, for a more reasonable price than even Amazon offer. Superb Customer Service - replied to my emails and altered my order in super-quick time, and no hassle. Postage was fast - pen beautifully packaged. Would unreservedly recommend - quality and care at a great price. I'll be back!”

“Such a friendly and helpful couple. They answered all my questions, they were very helpful and extremely accommodating! I bought a Pelikan M1000 and looked at a few other pens. They were so busy but also so patient with me and all my questions. I do hope they get more variety as they don't stock all brands and perhaps maybe offer some sort of 3- month installment option as these pens are pricey!”
