“Very fast service and delivery. I placed the order that included engraving on Dec 9 and received it (in the States) on Dec 18. Product looks great. I would suggest that, if possible, shipment tracking information would be included in the future.”

“I wasn’t familiar with your company because we live in the USA. Your service was exceptional, specially since our pen was purchased close to Christmas. From the order to receiving the products was about 6 days, and that included the engraving on the pen. We couldn’t have gotten better service anywhere in the world.”

“Great value. Bought a couple of Pilot Capless pens from them at very good prices though and while I was miffed that they didn’t include the ink converters the prices were good enough that it was a moot point. The Pilot ink bottles were great value as well.”
