“I love pens and support family companies so what’s not to like? My only request is for order turnaround to be improved - in my case it took much longer than I’m owed used to, to be told that my order was in progress and being prepared for despatch.”

“Superb customer service online! I had several interactions with both James and Jake through several emails across multiple orders and the way they both took the time to address my questions, provide information and find solutions was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with any business. I am in the U.S. and there were items on their site that I simply could not find locally. I will be back!”
