“Ordered a replacement nib unit for Pilot capless fountain pen and was able to select from a range of options. The price was competitive and the item arrived promptly, well packaged and as described. Bit disappointed that I had to buy the whole unit, not just the nib, but based on additional research that seems to be down to Pilot rather than The Pen Company. I was in no rush so was not concerned that the package took about a week to arrive from the point of ordering but in other circumstances might have appreciated a bit more communication. Nevertheless, overall, a very straightforward transaction.”

“I couldn't get the refills I needed from Cross, so I looked farther (from the US) - - and ended up finding them at The Pen Company, in ENGLAND! And I couldn't believe they arrived so expediently, but they did, customs and all - - 6 days from my order date (shipped the next day, Royal Post). I would highly recommend The Pen Company to anyone.”
