“Hello! I am in the U.S. and have placed two orders with The Pen Company. Both orders were for Lamy nibs. The Pen Company offers the 1.1, 1.5 and 1.9mm stubs. The latter two were hard to find in stock in the U.S. The Pen Company offered very good prices and after factoring in shipping and tariffs, ended up being less expensive to me than their U.S. counterparts. The Pen Company's service was seamless and easy. All tariffs were levied at checkout with no further payment upon delivery. The Pen Company shipped promptly, but U.S. Customs stateside took about 1.5 weeks to process before moving the package on to local delivery. Thank you very much to The Pen Company, with much appreciation.”

“Courier came to office door during our office hours . Staff was in office . NO delivery . Courier claims no one appeared to be in . We were definitely in office and functioning day of delivery . Would like to get the product !”

“I ordered a Lamy grip section for my Studio as my old one was chipped and the coating was coming off. It arrived in the time specified and in good shape. I would like to thank The Pen Company for making this part available as I could not find it in the US.”

“Even with shipping and duty costs, the price for ink cartrides was lower that what I was seeing in US. Of course the bigger the order, the less the shipping was PER package of ink. I could see the shipping costs before I put items in my shopping basket. But I didn't know the duty costs until I was in process of checking out. Thus I did know the duty before I paid, but it would be nice to have a warning that there will be a duty, and exact amount won't be know until checkout. Maybe it was somewhere and I just missed it. If so, my apologies.”

“These guys are absolutely amazing. Firstly, the product itself. It was an amazing pen that I purchased for my friend and he found it to be one of the best pens ever. But what really amazed me was the customer service. I purchased the pen during the Winter Holidays and so The Pen Company upgraded my delivery from Standard to Special Next Day Delivery without costing me anything to ensure that the pen got to me at the right time. They reply very quickly to emails and have one of the best customer service I have personally seen from any company. Their customer service alone brought me back to their page to purchase another pen, this time for myself.”
