“Would have given more stars if possible. Emailed James a question, he responded right away, then I placed an order and he had the pen engraved in Korean characters and shipped within a few hours. Arrived royal mail quicker than expected, everything was right. Usually good prices or free engraving comes at the cost of good service but this store had the best customer service of any online retailer I have ever seen as well as the best prices. 10/10 would recommend.”
