“Was going to order from Amazon but after a quick search I discovered The Pen Company who had a better deal so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm so glad I did . I made a mix up with my order & the customer service I received was superb . My order was delivered promptly & communication was second to none. “I have several Cross Pens including a Click Pen I haven't been able to find a refill for here in the U.S. The refills came in a very reasonable amount of time considering they were shipped from the U.K.”
