“I bought a Lamy ABC for my nearly 7 year old who hates writing. At first he couldn't use it but after a week of daily practice (5 mins per day), he understands that if he holds it correctly it writes nicely and I think in the medium term it will really help him. Fabulous quality pen.”

“The pen arrived damaged due to poor packaging and I was told a replacement would be sent. Instead an empty box was sent. The Pen Company refuse to do anything more. Buy from anyone else their customer service stinks. You are told one thing but another thing happens. This happened repeatedly to me and I would not recommend the experience to anyone. If you are wondering why there are so many positive reviews on here it is simple - The Pen Company ONLY ask you to review the site if nothing went wrong. They are not interested in solving complaints.”
