“What fantastic service! Not only did they complete our order quickly and efficiently, but when there arose the possibility of a problem due to tariffs in the US, they proactively communicated the risk, provided a clear solution, and offered to pay any related fees. “I had slight problem when ordering online, so I contacted you by telephone to be given first class instructions. I believe my call highlighted an anomaly that you can now correct The cartridges I ordered arrived promptly and were the correct colour and type. Perfect, a first class service rarely found these days.”
