“Customer Review – Pen Company (UK) I recently purchased a sheaffer pen from the Pen Company in the UK, and overall, I’m quite pleased with the experience. The pen itself is elegant and writes smoothly. The engraving of my initials was a really nice touch—neat and well done. The packaging and presentation were also well thought out. The only minor issue I encountered was with the additional ink refill I requested. Unfortunately, the refill sent was not the correct size for the sheaffer pen I ordered. It's a small hiccup, but worth mentioning. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I appreciate the quality of the product and the overall service. Thank”

“I ordered a Conklin Duragraph as a present for my wife. I spoke to James who, as always, was very helpful and explaining a bit of a delay from his suppliers but that pen would be sent when available. Pen arrived rather sooner than expected and my wife is delighted with it.”

“I placed my order after 6PM PST on a Friday and received it the following Tuesday in Washington State. I used the normal shipping ($9). Everything arrived as ordered. I'll definitely purchase from the Pen Company again.”
