“My experience has been very positive. I was looking for refills for an old Dupont pen I inherited. A simple search on Google made me reach their site where the exact product I was looking for was available, at a reasonable price. Ordering was simple and streamlined, shipping prompt, also at a reasonable cost, and delivery (across the Atlantic Ocean) a matter of a few days only.”

“I acquired some parts for my Lamy fountain pen and mechanical pencil and imported those to Brazil. The communication with the seller was impeccable. They sent a detailed email about importation procedure; first time I saw such in all 25 years I import items by mail to Brazil. Not even Amazon does such. Also the packing had attached the invoice, tax payer id number and items description in a very detailed manner. Great seller and buy with confidence.”
