“Spent weeks in New Zealand trying to find refills, ordered online in UK mid May, dispatched next day by normal post, arrived in NZ 2 weeks later. Absolutely thrilled with service and price very reasonable. Will certainly use again.”

“Overall very satisfied with the order. I placed my order from RoI and didn't realise even after checkout that I would have to pay import duty as other companies I ordered from included this in their price or delivery charge if it was courier. In thus case it was ordinary post and I paid more import duty than cost of my order. Be good to have the online system show approx costs for excise duty.”

“I have been shopping at The Pen Company for well over a decade. Every time I order I marvel at the simplicity, efficiency and speed of the service. I often feel that the service is on a par with what royalty probably receive when they shop. Even when there have been queries the responses have been polite, resolution focussed and the epitome of good customer care. Their engraving is beautifully done. Many significantly larger organisations could learn a lot from The Pen Company. I am very pleased to rate them five stars.”
