“The panels arrived on time and seem like a good quality product, Easy to cut I did`nt check all the trim pieses properly on delivery (my fault) but I found one trim missing, I contacted the company and they sent out the missing part, no drama, no problem and you can speak to real people! EXCELENT COMPANY that I will use again”

“Ordered some shower panels and unfortunately the delivery when it arrived was short. I made one quicl phone call to them and the problem was sorted straight away and the missing panels were delivered. Excellent, well done, thank you”

“To be honest I'm not sure you want my review! I first ordered online from your company in March 2026. I had samples delivered beforehand to make sure I liked the product, all good so I placed an order. My delivery date was set for 2nd April but unfortunately I had a call to say the delivery van had broken down, thankfully they came 2 days later, so we were able to put the panels up over Easter as originally planned. I was thrilled with the results, so much so I placed another order on 6th July, to be delivered on 15th but again I had another phone call that day to say the delivery van had broken down. This time I was concerned as we were going away, I explained to the driver who said he would pass on the message, that's when the palaver started! I decided to contact your company myself by email, filling in a contact form & a direct email & had a reply saying they would pass on the message, so we happily went on our break. While we were away, I woke up the next morning to a text & an email stating that my panels were arriving today!!! As you can imagine my anxiety & stress levels were sky high as I quickly trawled the internet for a direct telephone number! I was passed from pillar to post, got cut off twice, waited 15mins for someone to eventually answer the call to be told they would pass on the message! The delivery van DID try to deliver the panels & failed as I wasn't even in the country, I had an email with a photograph of my panels on the back of their van, I felt helpless! We did received our panels until 12 days later from a lovely gentleman but I'm afraid I will NOT be ordering from The Panel Company again and would advise to invest in a new vehicle!”

“The lady in the shop was very helpful with our order. The communication for the delivery wasn’t satisfactory I only got a email the morning our delivery was coming . As I can’t check my phone 24 /7 . The delivery driver was very lucky I was at home as I just arrived home when I pulled up. I phone call would have been much appreciated. The driver was very helpful.”

“Great product with excellent quality, and it was very easy to cut and work with. The order also arrived very quickly, which was much appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the delivery communication. I didn’t receive any email or notification to let me know when the order would be delivered. The driver knocked on the door, but before I could find my key and answer, the items had already been left outside and they were driving away. Fortunately, I was home at the time.”

“We were served by a young man we think was called Ollie. We can't complain about any of the service we received. He was very helpful and gave advice and the delivery was on time. Because the panels are still wrapped we have not had a chance to check them but we feel confident that they will be okay.”

“After 3 attempts to get the panels I wanted we eventually received them . The panels are brilliant & I love them now they’re on the wall. We had a few hiccups with the company 1st delivery to wrong house 2nd 1 panel the right colour 3 the wrong colour. Millie , Damon & the lovely Sarah were absolutely brilliant with answering emails & ringing me back to give me information & updates on my order. Thank you, you were amazing. I love my panels and they’re of a very good quality. Just a shout out to the lovely guy who delivered them such a lovely man”
