“Ordered samples and acoustic panels — the customer service was excellent throughout. The prices were surprisingly cheap for the quality, and the panels look great on the wall. Delivery was prompt, everything was packaged well, and I highly recommend this company”

“Good easy to use website we ordered our panels and accessories we had no conformation email and I chased the order up a week later was told we would be notified the day before delivery this did not happen and the panels were delivered one week later so two weeks for delivery which seems a long wait as it's also charged for the delivery driver left the panels leaning up against our back door sometime early in the morning after I had left for work and my wife who has mobility problems had to struggle to move them so all in all a bit dissatisfied with the service provided so far I have yet to open them but they are well packaged so should be ok even the email for the review arrived before the panels so as long as you don't mind the wait and very poor communication you will be ok”

Hi Michael, We're sorry to hear you were disappointed by our service, and we completely understand how frustrating the uncertainty around your delivery must have been. Please know that the prompt email you received was to review your samples, which is why you received it before your panels arrived. You should have received a confirmation email and text message the day before with an hour time slot, and we will look into what happened on our end to make sure this level of uncertainty isn't caused again. Our orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days because we use our own fleet of vans, and our drivers are only able to deliver panels to the door, as this is company policy for health and safety. Thank you for taking the time to bring your experience to our attention and give us the opportunity to look into your order further. “After a lot of research and going around the various suppliers in Dublin we went with panel co Service from the office excellent especially Breda. Delivery slightly delayed but kept informed Very competitive price compared to stores Very helpful over phone with queries Really great panels delighted with them”

“Amazing quality & exceptional customer service! I couldn’t recommend The Panel Company highly enough. The quality of the panels is absolutely amazing, but what really stood out to me was the incredible customer service. A special thank you to Breda, who was absolutely amazing to deal with. I ended up being short a panel and Breda went above and beyond to help me, getting another one out to me in record time. It really felt like such a personal service and was such a lovely touch. Fantastic products, brilliant service and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Breda was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I would 100% recommend The Panel Company.
