“Absolutely outstanding service from Gateshead branch, particularly Alan I ordered wrong colour by mistake and correct panels were delivered and wrong ones collected (MY ERROR) within 2 days…. Saving me a bawling from better half👍 Thanks again Panel company”

“Lovely stuff. Arrived quickly. Very easy to put up. Cut it to size with a hand saw. Only took a couple of hours to do and the last piece was a straight cut down the felt with a knife. Highly recommended.”

“Recieved damaged 70mm of the overall height. failure to return message from emails on numerous occasions. when they like to say on website that they would respond within 24 hours.”

“Even if the product (grey herringbone panel) wasn't any good the service we received from Gav and Becca at the Bristol depot would have earned 5 stars. Fortunately the panels look great so an unreserved 5 stars for the product and the service”
