“A minor error with the initial delivery but immediately resolved. Product is good and value for money. A note for users, the slats are stapled which is fine unless you are cutting them to short lengths, but even then they can be stuck with adhesive to keep them in place. I would definitely buy from The Panel Company again”

“Fair pricing and a good product. Would have been 5 stars however they did not honour the 15% off Code advertised on their website because they said it expired on NYE (I placed the order NYD). In the interest of fairness I was prepared to let it slide as no one is likely to be working NYD and instead asked that they honoured the 10% off Code instead. They replied saying that the code didn't apply to the products I purchased. Very poor customer service given I was being polite, and more than reasonable.”

The 15% offer was only valid until New Year's Eve, which is why it could not be applied to your order on the 1st of January. Additionally, the 10% discount you mentioned was only applicable to PVC wall panels, trims, and flooring.
