“Pro's - Good price, good YouTube guides, good replies to queries. Con's - Board ends need triming due to crushing by machine cutting at factory (my assumption). - Can see the internal honeycombe structure on the face of the boards when viewed at certain angles. - Other boards purchased from other suppliers come with a protective film on face of boards. Useful protection during installation.”

In response to your concerns regarding your experience, the marking you noticed on the edge of the panel is part of the manufacturing process and is common across all PVC shower panels. These panels have internal ribs that provide rigidity and strength. While it is rare for these ribs to be visible, it can occasionally happen due to the thickness of the panel's outer skin. Our shower panels should be delivered with a protective film, and we sincerely apologise if this was not the case for your order. “The panels arrived on time and in perfect condition. The product itself is elegant and so easy to keep clean. We opted for a white and grey marble gloss finish and it offsets the chrome finishes of the shower and the rest of the bathroom beautifully. Five stars!”

Goods were left outside front of house in full view of passers by because even though they provided a delivery time, they delivered early. Fortunately the goods were well protected from the elements and exactly how described on their web site. I also received good support/advice when I called them about trims and fixings.”

“I purchased some t&g panels for 2 ensuits in my hotel in Cornwall, when we came to install it the perimeter trims were a totally colour to the panels, I contacted the deputy manager in the Bristol department who was very unhelpful she told me that I should have checked when I picked them up and she refused to discuss the matter further or give me a refund. Very unpleasant and unprofessional, I have wasted over £200”

We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive trims that didn’t meet your expectations, and apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, because the panels are sourced from a different supplier, the trims we stock will never be an exact match. Our Deputy Manager in Bristol was happy to find a trim that closely matched the panel colour and send it directly to you. However, we completely respect your decision not to proceed with that option and fully understand your reasons for choosing not to. We sincerely apologise that your experience did not meet the high standards of customer service we strive to provide for all our customers and will make sure your feedback is shared with our Product department for review.
