“Ordered 1 X 2400mm x 600mm Premium Oak Panel as a statement feature on the wall. Very impressed with the panel, especially as it was at a very competitive price in comparison to other companies. Delivery was also FREE, where others were charging £25! The order was delayed from the original timeframe given due to no stock, however it was delivered within the updated timeframe. I was informed the day before of delivery date, and then accurate time slots were given for the day. We weren’t in on the delivery date, but the driver kindly left it in the rear garden as asked, so was very chuffed!”

“We recently bought three shower panels and all needed for the job in hand and are very pleased with the products and the finished result. This is the second time we have used The Panel Company, last time we had a problem with broken panels and their customer service was incredible thus we had confidence using them again. Too company.”

“First class. A pleasure to do business with, really happy with our purchase. Communication was great as was dispatch and delivery. Would highly recommend this company. (5 stars just doesn't seem enough) Our bathroom has totally been transformed looks more like a high class hotel !!!!!”

“Over satisfied, waited a while for delivery however the communication was good and was kept updated. Some of the edging trim was bent and damaged which was disappointing, But managed to work around this.”

“Quick delivery, excellent product. really easy to put up. I used a thin batton as I wanted to run cables behind. Wel packaged, watch out for the weight as there quite heavy.”

“The range of panels is extensive and the showroom team enthusiastic and helpful. A point lost due to inflexibility with deliveries which might be improved if they ditch their own and use a courier.”

“We recently purchased some acoustic wall panels from the Panel Company. Their service was second to none. From going into order it in the showroom while we visited family, to the delivery was absolutely faultless. The quality of the panels are excellent and very easy to cut to size and put up on wall. I nearly forgot the fantastic price too, with free delivery. I would highly recommend this company”

“I’ve had 2 lots of panels from yourselves the first delivery was very good but the second batch of panels there a couple which are damaged when I phoned for replacement I was told they were out of stock”

“Wasn’t the best experience. Took 8 days to arrive, when it did it had been picked wrong. The guy from the Huddersfield depot was pretty rude about it. Then took a further 2 days to get the correct stuff. So wouldn't order from them again. A shame really as the products are fine.”
