“I asked for a couple samples of the shower panels to match them against my tiles. These were sent promptly and I could see they were of very good quality. Unfortunately they didn’t match but I can recommend the service they offer.”

“I have purchased from this company in the past and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy wall panels etc. I have just had some samples sent to me at the cost of postage only for a new project I have planned. I would deal with these for any future jobs I need doing. Excellent in every way”

“We ordered the Natural Oak panels but they were out of stock forever!! So we were a bit disappointed at first with the service. However after a month I called and we swapped the order to Walnut wide slat panels and they came within a few days and WOW they look incredible. Classy and expensive looking and we are very impressed with them.”

“I bought three packs of wall panels and I had an issue after the panels were installed. One pack of panels was slighly darker. As requested I sent photos of the installation. They advised me what they thought the problem was and we came to an amiable conclusion. Communication was excellent and I would certainly recommend The Panel Company.”

“Having viewed physical acoustic wall panels in B&Q, and other online retailers, I compared prices, and samples. Whilst the Panel Conpanies “Sample” was smaller in definition than others I purchased, the dimensions and measurements were “exactly the same”. The hardest decision for consumers, is seeing a heavily discounted like for like product at a third of the price elsewhere. From purchase, prior to, excellent communication, through to communication of date, time window of delivery , and receipt. Believe what you read, this companies reviews are that good, because their products are of equal quality, they have an effective logistical supply and delivered as they stated. I was somewhat surprised being honest, as my purchases were advertised elsewhere at a mark up of three times the price of that what I paid The Panel Company”. Nothing but praise for them, their delivery driver and customer service department, for both professionalism, and the way they run their business. Purchase made, 3 x 2400cm wall panels, a couple of weeks ago. Excellent, keep the good work up, this is how a successful business should operate and strive to maintain this level of being both competitive, and offering a high level of satisfaction from Purchase to receipt.”
