“Wasn’t the best experience. Took 8 days to arrive, when it did it had been picked wrong. The guy from the Huddersfield depot was pretty rude about it. Then took a further 2 days to get the correct stuff. So wouldn't order from them again. A shame really as the products are fine.”

“Purchased these a few weeks ago and although I'm happy with the outcome, as these really look good when installed properly. Fitting these are fairly simple, however, you have to keep in mind that they are only stapled in every foot or so, so any cutting involved for in-wall speakers or an in-wall fire as I did, the slats will move and you will have to replace the staples and it is a fairly difficult job, even when you use a slat for a spacer!. The only note I seen to inform you of this was a YouTube video explaining how to install. Could be doing with a foot note to inform customers of this. This is my only negative opinion about these.”

“Bought 5 wall panels on oak then decided the colour would not match my sofa so phoned up and asked of I could change the colour and they were so helpful nothing was a problem so received the colour I wanted came super quick nand all in perfect condition”

“Easy ordering and speedy delivery. The panels didn't get installed for ages, but now that they're in our bathroom we love them. They look great. Makes the bathroom look very stylish. The only slight downside was that we couldn't put a handrail up on the panels, because of how they are made - a bit like honeycomb-and we didn't realise it.”
