“The communication from the Panel Co. was good from start to finish and I was happy with the quality of the acoustic panels, having never used this company before. They were individually wrapped in cellophane and then boxed as pairs, so well protected for delivery. The delivery guys let me know via messages exactly when my panels would arrive and they were bang on time. They were very easy to install and we are really pleased with how they look, we went for Smoked Walnut. It was slightly darker than we expected but still very happy with the result. They are also very good at blocking unwanted sound through the walls. I would definitely use this company again and I would also recommend their acoustic wall panels.”

“Great product and great service.I think the new delivery vehicle tracking is very helpful .The one small negative is the lack of updates from order to dispatch .It would be nice to know if the items are in stock (or not ) and a predicted dispatch .”

“Samples orders came very quickly but when tried to order from the local store they didn’t want to take an order stating that the other branches wanted the stock I wanted Bought exactly same product locally and cheaper”

“They delivered the panels in less than a week I had a mark on one of the boards so I phoned them and they sorted it out with no problems”

“Extremely efficient company to buy from. The ordering process is simple as it the point of payment. “I liked the idea, but it's like sawing cardboard when adjustments are needed to make them fit. The delivery of them was good as I was kept informed when it was to happen.”

“We bought 8 natural oak wide slat panels for a bedroom. The product itself is great... easy to install and looks fab. However, our experience with the delivery was shockingly bad. 1st delivery - cancelled due to driver sickness 2nd delivery - 3 packs correct , one wrong 3rd delivery cancelled due to driver sickness 4th delivery - incorrect pack again 5th delivery - correctly delivered Driver illness is forgiveable but incorrect delivery twice is very unprofessional. A 20% refund was offered and accepted. I thought that compensation was adequate. Thanks”

“I have not received a delivery date yet so I can only review the online ordering process, I was happy with the sample received at a cost of £1.99 , ordering the four panels I knew I needed was quick and straight forward, two end trims, two internal corners easy, trims for top and bottom not so good, it took ages to go back and forward to look at the speck for each one to find out the lengths they came in, or was there a choice of length as you want as few joins as possible, no doubt once I have received the products I will be asked for another review, and will be happy to do so.”
