“Ordering was easy, I received a confirmation email straight away, then one saying my order had been transferred to a local office for delivery. I then didn't hear anything for a week. After emailing the Doncaster office, I had a response at 5pm saying my order was due for delivery the next day. Its fortunate that it was my day off, as less than 24 hours notice is not enough. The delivery driver was excellent, phoned to say he was 20 minutes away to check i was in. The panels themselves were slightly warped, they must have been stored on their ends, rather than flat. Because of this, they need much more glue than expected to stick them to the walls. The overall look is OK, I can see lines in the panels, which was not visible in the sample I received.”

“I run a little home improvements and interior design business; Home Hero. We're all about honesty and integrity, and as a business who use acoustic panelling very regularly we wanted to try a new supplier with similar values. After a couple of hiccups with items delivered *we ordered the wrong panels initially (assumed the "slats" were acoustics) which was efficiently and kindly sorted by management *Next delivery was missing a few bits. - We did get the correct items sent out which are excellent quality and amazing value. For context we used to use British homes direct where prices seem incredibly low but the items were terrible quality and the customer service was none existent. Numerous failed deliveries at silly o'clock at night. Rude etc. These guys are a breath of fresh air. They are easy to contact, easy to talk to, panels are high end, colour choices are wide ranging and the delivery is fast. Couldnt recommend more! And looking forward to using them on an ongoing basis.”

“Panels left on drive, 3 panels ordered, come in packs of 2. The 2 in the packet were the same grain, the third panel which was seperate was a different wood grain. Would have returned had we not had a guy booked for fitting them. Panels are good quality, just a shame that details were not taken into account”

“The panel company Gateshead. Can't thank them enough. Never attempted a project like this before (shower panelling). They gave me such good advice, nothing was too much trouble. And anything I didn't use I was able to return. Very professional, very friendly, great with advise on 'how too', I highly recommend this company.”

“I ordered panels from this company and whilst I had to return them, through fault of my own, the quality and panels were excellent. I was kept updated by polite and friendly emails and the refund was back in my account before the 10 days advised. Will be ordering soon and highly recommended The delivery people too were really friendly and understanding too, thank you”

“The panels I ordered were well packaged, I did request a certain date for delivery but this was overlooked by mistake as when I called to check the guy I spoke to made arrangements for the day I requested without an issue. Upon completion of my bathroom I had 1 panel unboxed left over I called to see if they could collect this as I obviously didn’t need it only to be told that they charged £30 to collect which I feel was a little steep considering I live within 10mins from the store and it was double the delivery charge.”

“Excellent service, first order came on time and in good condition. Wanted the same panels but they were discontinued but got a return call to say they had found the panels in the warehouse and so could supply them, solved a major problem.”

“Pleased with the panels, delivered on time, very weel protective packaging,really easy to cut. Only half way through my refit, so not completed, but very pleased so far, The prodect is lightweight, easy to handle & cut. To be honest, I was a little worried about the joints, but the tongue & grooves are really tight, So,, so far so good,, I'm away for a few days so can't complete the shower walls, but I'll send some pics when I'm finished,,,, Oh,, Great prices too !!! Cheers to all involved,,”

“I ordered my panels last weekend and the delivery was expected to be 4-7 days. I phoned and was told it would be at least 10 days due to where I live. This was not specified on the webiste. I had alrady booked my handyman to do the job but this meant the work has had to be delayed by over a couple of weeks because of his availability now. To date, I am still waiting ...!”
