“The products/ price and quality are all fine, I gave 4 stars because of the time it took for my first order to be delivered, I have placed another order and hopefully this one will be delivered faster.”

“The panels did not match the sample sent. The panels were much darker and heavier patterned than the sample sent. It took longer for delivery than estimated.”

“Large Beige Slate 1.0m x 2.4m Shower Panel I initially ordered X4 panels and all was good. When installing we were done short, so I ordered another one one jista' few weeks after. Initially I got delivered the wrong panel, which customer service rectified, apologised and sent me the correct one in a few days. However, the panel which arrived even tho it had the correct name and looked same when we put it next to the others it had a different shade...more greyish. It is very disappointing as I really wanted my bathroom to come out perfect. Even the package was from a different manufacturer, I later noticed. If there was a year gap, it is understandable but this happened all within weeks. I know batches can vary but this was with 3 weeks difference max. So my advice, either by extras or avoid this altogether. Customer service was good however outcome was poor. I did inform them Saturday as soon as we realised but not much can be done now. Today was expecting a reply, no one got back to me yet.”

“Good value product unfortuanlty delivery lead time of 10 days is a bit too long for me, other than that i would recommend if your willing to wait 10 x days. some of the boxes were slighly damaged but the panles were fine.”

“great service , i had ordered 3 panels from another company & when came were warped a bit so put them on but ripped out of wall contacted them & said we had fitted them incorrect 😡 these from this company were spot on no problem will def order again”
