“Excellent service from everyone involved! We visited the store and came away with several samples. When ordering the items on-line, I needed clarification of what our fitter wanted and rang the store who talked me through everything. Brilliant!”

“I ordered 3 oak panels and 1 walnut for 2 rooms. My husband said they were easy to fit and they cut very well. Delivery took a little longer than we thought but communication was good.”

“The people at this place are tremendous and courteous and very knowledgeable, and they know their product, made my purchases and explained that they would not get used for 3 months, and when i had an issue with one item i rang and spoke to the person who sold me the order, they went above and beyound to resolve my issue with no questions, iwould 100% recomend this perticular company at this address as i cannot say anything about their company at a different address.”

“Panels look great, Plummer says they were easy to install. Nice and tall so they were shortened a couple of inches to fit. In the end i purchased brass end fittings as the black ones didn't look right so very pleased with the result. Many thanks”

“These panels are great, delivery excellant, interestingly my son inadvertently drove his front tyre (Ford fiesta) fully onto the two panels in their cardboard, Which were laid on my drive, no damage ! So pretty durable I’d say !”
