“I ordered my panels last weekend and the delivery was expected to be 4-7 days. I phoned and was told it would be at least 10 days due to where I live. This was not specified on the webiste. I had alrady booked my handyman to do the job but this meant the work has had to be delayed by over a couple of weeks because of his availability now. To date, I am still waiting ...!”

“Very please with the acoustic panels we ordered. They are heavy and have a quality feel. I used them as accent paneling in an old bedroom and it transformed the space. Very very easy to install too.”

“Placed my order of nearly 1000£, got a single email confirmation stating 4-7 working days for delivery and then didn’t hear anything for a few weeks. After I emailed following up on my order they told me they didn’t have any panels that were undamaged ready to ship and they didn’t know when they would! I also ordered 2 samples, 1 was marble and was plain white with the top right corner having the tiniest smidge of the marble pattern (I understand offcuts have to be used but if you know the product is marble show the actual marble!?) Also the samples come at a price other sellers will ship for free.”

“Very helpful in store and didn’t mind when I changed my mind. Panels delivered within 2 weeks and kept in touch regarding delivery time. Haven’t fitted them yet but as far as service is concerned would highly recommend not only that but considerably cheaper than other home improvements stores.”

“Son found online was sceptical as a very good price, wasn't sure as panels for front room and on show. Was not disappointed they are excellent quality and the lights that fitted into the media panels are brilliant. We hope to buy more when we've decided where else we can put them. Thank you”
