“I am disappointed that although the warehouse is located less than 2 miles from our house we were advised the delivery would take 12 days . We have now been advised that the delivery driver hasn’t shown up for work so this has been further delayed”

“Great panels for the price.... Made a nice wall 👌 Down side was that the packaging was damaged on two of the packs, with slat damage on 2 of the panels!”

“Unfortunately this time, service was far from good. When ordered was fortunate not to use next day, order transfered to another depot. Who didn't have product. Two weeks later received goods, if not available why can they be ordered?”

“The branch of the company in Kent were excellent. Unfortunately my order was passed on to a London branch and they were appalling at contacting me. My order took over 3 weeks to arrive, instead of the promised 5-8 working days on the website. I was compensated for this. When the product arrived, the times for delivery kept changing and the guy refused to help move the product- the panels are very heavy and help would have been appreciated. Overall, not the best experience.”

“We got identical samples from two companies, and The Panel Company's were less than half the price of the competition. Ordering of both samples and the final panels was easy. The panels look and feel like good quality, and our tradespeople had no trouble cutting and installing them. The only drawback was that delivery took 14 days instead of the stated 7-10 days, but we were notified of that within an hour of the purchase.”

“We ordered a sample from the panel company, it was delivered very quickly. Excellent service. Unfortunately the panel sample didn't blend well with our tiles, so we couldn't order the full panels. Sad really because the service was fantastic.”

“Great customer service, Due to the company being busy, I was given a delivery date of over a week which suited me fine. I needed to add a few extra items added to my order, I phone up and purchased the items and this was no trouble. My order was delivered on that arranged date with everything I ordered. The driver contacted me 1hour before my time”

“Super friendly staff and an excellent product. As a DIY novice it would have been nice to have more detailed installation guide, but even without it the panels were fairly straightforward to install and they look amazing.”
