“It's fine but the trims were not white. They are an off grey colour and don't match the white panels in my bathroom so I've wasted £40.”

“We brought blue brick effect board which looked very effective. However unless you are installing them on full walls you need to ensure boards are matched up before cutting. I would not recommend them for busy areas were they can be knocked as they can be easily cracked.”

“Purchased 2 panels online, only to be told after payment was taken that they have no stock and cannot provide a date of when stock would be available. Why not update your website to prevent placing orders if no stock is available? Still waiting for my refund - and will avoid panel company in future.”

“From first contact to delivery The Panel Company have been really great to deal with, prompt, courteous and helpful. This is the second time we have used this company - firstly to completely panel the bathroom then recently to use acoustic panels to the party wall in our lounge. The products are excellent, so easy to put up and we are delighted with the result. Kitchen will be the next project!”

“Very slow delivery service, Not happy as I ordered 7 lots off one type of panel and then once the builders fitted it we saw and the company had given us 2 different panels,”

Our orders can take up to 7 working days to dispatch because we use our own fleet of vans rather than a third-party courier. “Received the panels within a very short time frame which was good. So very well packaged, each panel individually wrapped and protected with strong card. The bonus was, the card was ideal for making templates where necessary before cutting the actual panels. Very easy and quick to cut with a fine blade circular saw BUT make sure the area you do it in is ok to use as everything (including yourself and helper) gets covered in an enormous amount of very fine white bits !!!.....easy to hoover away though !! Very pleased with the service, price and quick delivery.”
