“Good customer service and products. However delivery service let's them down. My panels were left hanging over the wall so when the gates opened they wedged them against the fence.”

“On delivery the last order was put together wrong! Ordered 3 panels bur received 1 type I wanted and 2 silmilar. However phoned the company and they sent out a complete replacement order containing 3 correct panels. Well done, in the end.”

“Excellent and quick panels to install on large blank walls . More thought and time tobe taken round shower trays , pipe boxing and framing walls with windows , trims really finish the job . Will use this products again .”

“I have purchased from these guys a few times now. I find the website very simple to use and the delivery companies are super helpful, never balk about having to carry panels up the stairs or complain about having to call ahead to book deliveries. Goods are top quality and I've never had any issues. Highly recommended”

“Quick and easy to order. Panels were delivered on time by a friendly driver. The panels are excellent and will look amazing once installed. The bond to stick the panels on the wall, after a quick phone call was discovered to be the wrong one, and they sent out a driver to replace them. This delayed installation but only by a few days. Overall very happy.”

“Ok but on first order it would an incorrect delivery address caused delay even the arrived the following day with the correct delivery address. On contacting the above they clarify my address by my email ?”

“Placed my order online, I had several queries during the whole process and each phone call was answered promptly by knowledgeable and helpful staff. Bristol branch kept me informed of Delivery dates and times which was critical to help manage our installation. I also used the smooth return process too and was able to arrange collection of unused goods. Very happy, would definitely recommend and use again myself. Michelle Bournemouth area.”
