“We got samples from four companies, but The Panel Company are the only one who charged for these. As it happens, we bought elsewhere: the tile sample we received had missed off the grout lines, so couldn't get a complete picture of what it would look like, and the concrete printing on the other samples looked cheap compared to other companies. The brushed silver was ok if that's your thing but too shimmery for our taste.”

“I have ordered 3 products from the panel company. 1. Wood, primed skirting boards. Verdict- came in very poor condition, lots of markings and gouges, essentially needed prepping again before. Would not buy again. 2. Shower panels, Matt grey cement. Very sturdy and a great low price panel. Would buy again. 3. Strivo golden oak acoustic panels. Slats are laminated as you would expect for the price, unfortunately they are not wrapped on all sides, only the front so makes them in my opinion look cheap. Seem to be made well structurally. Would not buy again due to the cheap looking slat. Delivery guy for the panels was fantastic!”

“Can't say much Have used this company on alot of jobs Delivery has been a little slower than expected. Delivery driver nice and polite And to be honest i do get alot of damages Hence why I order and extra panel Last order had hole through panel There packed well but still come damaged”

“Having looked at several suppliers/sites I was reassured by the reviews for the Panel Company and I can see why. We were assigned to a local warehouse and received email updates, items despatched in a timely manner and arrived within days of order. I ordered 4 panels (2 packs of 2) all well packed… The colour match was spot on. The product itself is great quality, easy to cut with a handsaw and easy to install. All in all very pleased and would recommend”

I was doing some research as there seems to be hundreds of companies offering slatted wall panels but The Panel Company came out on top in terms of genuine quality, reviews, delivery etc. after doing the research and purchasing some panels from The Panel Company, I was not disappointed. “Although I like the panels, and I liked the staff who served me, there were quite a few errors. First I ordered eight panels and one corner strip. When I got my email from them the order said ONE panel and EIGHT corner strips. I rang up and they were very sorry and changed the order. I was told delivery would be in the next few days. After 12 days I rang up and they said Tomorrow. When they came, the strip was the wrong length. I had to go to the shop to change it as my fitter was coming next day.”

“We love our grey panels from The Panel Company, they have really elevated our bedroom. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. Ordering was easy, delivery was spot on and the delivery driver was very friendly. The cutting and installation of the panels was a breeze as well - we couldn’t have asked for an easier install. We’re very happy and potentially have the panelling bug!”
