“Ordered panels, which was then sent to the local depot. Panels out of stock so had to wait for their delivery. When in stock was given one delivery slot. Gave instructions to leave panels down side of house but panels left by front door in full sight of the road. Actual panels were well wrapped but only stapled to the backing board. Nice quality so 4 stars”

“I ordered the panels from British homes service but the panel company sent me the panels. The advertised the panels as 22mm thick. And I purchased a sample of the acoustic wall which was 22mm thick. The panels I received are nothing like the samples sent. The panels are significantly thinner 18 mm.”

“Ordered Two of the oak panels… Wow was really pleased when they came, looked better than I was expecting and really good thick quality felt at the back. Was so easy to glue to the walls once they had been cut to size”

“Great choice of panels and colours, ours were a dark grey/charcoal colour and are BEAUTIFUL! Delivery was quick and well packaged. Just so others are aware, these panels are great if you intend to literally stick or screw to the wall without cutting. I used mine as headboard so had to cut in half as well as cut for a large access panel and sockets. Once cut the slats become loose as they are only pinned in certain places. You can stick them back on with a grab or contact adhesive, but it’s a bit of a faff. That is the ONLY negative.”

“Purchased panels from here and when purchasing more panels a week later the colour was a different match but after chatting to David Archer over email he had new ones sent out that matched very quick. Great communication brilliant service thank you”

“Can't fault the communication and the delivery of the products, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the product, in regards of how fragile they panels are compared to others. We will have to be super careful not to lean on them or knock them as they might break .”

“Fantastic wall panels as described at a fair price. Only small criticism would be that panels are only connected at minimal points, which makes cutting slightly difficult as the wood moves if not cutting close to a connection point.”

“Avoid These Panels – Warped by Sunlight, No Accountability Review Text: I purchased exterior panels expecting a quality product suitable for outdoor use, but the reality has been extremely disappointing. The panels began to warp and deform under regular sunlight exposure, despite being installed exactly as per the official instructions — with proper battens, ventilation, and spacing. When I contacted the company, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they blamed the installer (despite all procedures being followed) and shifted all blame onto the manufacturer, acting as though they had no involvement in the product’s quality. This is unacceptable from a retailer. Interestingly, the panels that were installed in shaded areas or indoors have remained intact, which clearly proves that the ones exposed to sunlight are simply not UV-resistant as claimed. The affected panels are now unusable — a total waste of money, time, and effort. This company sells low-quality products and then washes its hands of any problems when something goes wrong. If you’re considering buying from them — be very cautious. You’re on your own if the product fails.”
