“Ordered samples ,which arrived promptly before ordering chosen colour ,etc ,needed to get some advice about positioning of panels ,very helpful. Definitely recommend purchasing panels from The panel company”

“Only ordered some samples but good quick delivery of the samples. But unfortunately had to put are refurb of our bathroom on hold. But will revisit in the future”

“Panels look good on the wall My only negative is how the wood slats are attached with staples so not fully attached to the felt backing the whole length of the slats”

“Order arrived quickly, 4 panels damaged. The Panel Co dealt with this very quickly and new panels are on the way. This is the 3rd time I've used them and found their service to be first class and the panels to be of good quality, competively priced.”

“Well - they were going to get One star. But the delivery driver was great, so upped it to Two. I had the wall panels - they look good and will hopefully be long lasting. The corner strips I don’t really think is a very elegant solution and needs work. But the biggest problem was the delivery delay, almost two weeks…… nothing to indicate this on the website and no express delivery option. And very unhelpful when I phoned. Bristol office. Yes, in an ideal world I would have ordered in advance…. But didn’t really have that option. So - panels are OK, corner strips, meh. If you are in a hurry maybe source from somewhere else!”

“Very long wait for delivery from purchase, well nearly 2 full working weeks with no update. Delivery driver barely said a word while delivering, very awkward. Product quality and price seem good so far.”
